Thursday brought another windless day. The race committee attempted to run STS, but the wind was too unstable — shifting, uneven and never strong enough to complete any valid races.
In the late afernoon, WISSA held its Annual General Meeting. The meeting minutes will be published on the website within the next couple of weeks. Until then, participants can get information directly from their national delegate.
