Monday marked the official start of the WISSA World Championships with athlete registration and an impressive opening ceremony featuring a fire show. It was one of the most striking openings we’ve had in recent years and set a great tone for the week ahead.

Tuesday brought the first day of racing. Winds were light, but kite classes managed to complete six course races.

Sled and wing classes finished two STS qualification races before the wind dropped completely.

At the moment, photos and short clips are available on social media channels.
